Valiente is the remake of the 5 year classic / epic drama topbilled by Tirso Cruz III, Michael de Mesa, Glenda Garcia and Mariz Ricketts that was originally offered by TAPE Inc., broadcasted on ABS-CBN from 1992–1995 and transferred / broadcasted on GMA Network from 1995 until its last episode on 1997. It is a Filipino drama, action, classic and epic series that will be offered by Archangel Productions, will be broadcasted on Associated Broadcasting Company TV5 and will air on February 13, 2012 in replacement to Glamorosa's timeslot. It will be led by JC de Vera, Oyo Boy Sotto, Nadine Samonte and Niña Jose.

Finally CEO and Chairman Atty. Felipe Gozon says – GMA Network is 'for sale' at 'right price'. OMG!!!

The chairman and majority shareholder of GMA Network Inc. on Wednesday said he is willing to sell his shares in the company "for the right price."

"Personally, for me, GMA is for sale for the right price. I don't solely own GMA but for me that's what I can say. I cannot speak for the other owners," Felipe Gozon, the company's majority shareholder, said during its trade launch.

interaksyon said: Asked if the group of Manuel V. Pangilinan offered to buy GMA for P500-billion, Gozon said: "That's a big joke. You can wake me up at night if it is true. But it's not. If it's a joke then it's okay. But if it's not, then that scares off investors and the public."

David Archuleta Star in TV5's Nandito Ako

American Idol runner-up David Archuleta fourth visit to the Philippines and this time, he's gonna appear on TV 5's Nandito Ako with local talents Jasmine Curtis-Smith and Eula Caballero.

‘Nandito Ako’ is a popular Filipino song which I assume David will sing. It means “I’m here.”

During the press conference David talked about popular Filipino food he has tasted and liked so far - Sisig and Tokwa’t Baboy (Tofu and Pork).

Originally produced by Endemol, the show will provide home renovations to the less fortunate within the span of seven days.

This is Paolo's return to reality show. The last one he hosted was the second season of Survivor Philippines on GMA-7. He got more focused into newscasting when he transferred to TV5. I'm sure Paolo's fans miss seeing him in more relaxed hosting jobs like this one.

Tessa Prieto-Valdez and Divine Lee will be part of the design team. Most people hasn't seen much of Divine on television but with Tessa around, I'm sure this one is going to be a blast.

Actor Piolo Pascual rumor will be sign a contract on Channel 5 the Kapatid network in 2012.

Reports said that heartthrob might be considering the sizzling "10-digit offer" to him by the Manny Pangilinan owned television station.

Not only it started heated arguments online on what the real cause of the split was, it has put his sexual preference under a cloud of doubt as well.

The actor has yet to comment on this latest issue. So far, no official statement coming from Piolo’s camp was released at this point in time.

Manuel V. Pangilinan, chairman of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. and the ABC TV-5 network, declined to comment on speculation he's in talks to buy GMA Network Inc. (GMA Channel 7), the country's second-biggest broadcaster.

In an interview with the Philippine Daily Inquirer in Hong Kong, Pangilinan said that he wants a majority stake if he does decide to accept the offer to join a group of investors that will take over the Kings.

“I have to admit, the idea is very titillating,” said Pangilinan.
