A Soldier!!

There is discipline in A Soldier you can see it when he walks, There is honor in A Soldier you hear it when he talks. There is courage in A Soldier you can see it in his eyes, There is loyalty in A Soldier that he will not compromise. There is something in A Soldier that makes him stand apart, There is strength in A Soldier that beats from his heart. A Soldier isn't a title any man can be hired to do, A Soldier is the soul of that man buried deep inside of you. A Soldier's job isn't finished after an 8 hour day or a 40 hour week, A Soldier is always A Soldier even while he sleeps. A Soldier serves his country first and his life is left behind, A Soldier has to sacrifice what comes first in a civilian's mind. If you are civilian - I am saying this to you..... next time you see A Soldier remember what they do. A Soldier is the reason our land is 'Home of the free', A Soldier is the one that is brave protecting you and me. If you are A Soldier - I am saying this to you..... Thank God for EVERY SOLDIER Thank God for what YOU do!

I Promote Forgiveness

I strongly promote Forgiveness, for One’s own Sake. Forgive! , forgive! , from the deepest of your heart. If you are reading this, consider forgiving that person you despise and just don’t want to forgive. I can say, I have learned how to forgive. It wasn’t until one of my love ones mentioned to me during a conversation, “Anyone who does wrong to another person, he/she will pay for it.” I pondered about it the entire day. I said to myself; I will leave it in God’s hand, and I will forgive, even if that means to set aside my dignity as woman I am. Now, I can say I have learned how to forgive. Today, I say to you, forgive, forgive for your own sake. Please, read the following poem, and if you have the felt the way I have, consider forgiveness. Don’t let yourself go through what I went through, don’t let your heart fill with unwanted feelings. Don’t poison your soul! , Just Don’t!

Thanks God, I have overcome all of
what I lived, the rough times I went through,
the feelings that were killing me,
those poisonous feelings that made me extremely unhappy!
Since I learned how to forgive, all those feelings have vanished!

One day, I said to myself;
I will set aside my dignity as a woman I am, and I will forgive.
I have forgiven for the reason
I didn’t want to live the rest of my life unhappy.
Thanks God, you have taught me how to
forgive from the deepest of my heart.
It was not an easy thing, but I decided to take this step
for my own sake.
I always knew; I was only poisoning my soul with the immense
rancor I have built inside myself.
I regret for not being able to forgive before, but I’m glad I finally did it.
I learned how to forgive!

At this time, I feel like I’m living a totally different life.
I feel like I have been reborn.
I now see life from a different perspective;
I have become optimistic.

Life is simple, that’s my perspective!
I’m not carrying any burdens on my back anymore.
What an agony!
That was killing me, I suffered a lot.
I don’t have any rancor growing inside myself anymore .
I have gained self-confidence;
I consider myself valuable.
I am happy, happy, happy.

Love, more than Words!!

Love is transmitted through the Beats of One’s Heart!

Love is Unconditional.
It’s Crystalline such as a flowing river.
Love implies seeking for the good of the love one
before one’s own self.
It’s true, stipulations are mutually avoided within a relationship.

Love is a Mutual Bond.
Promoting loyalty is an essential value
for a relation to strengthen.
Giving and receiving respect are relevant
for a relation to be lasting.
Devoting oneself is an action that shows caring.

Love reflects Simplicity; there are no Barriers throughout the Way.
True love is formed by two naked souls; it’s painless.
White is the color for true love, purity is in its first place,
therefore, there is no place for lying.

Love is Near- Perfect.
It comes from the heart’s soul.
Beautiful in all its meaning, physical imperfections are not important.
It’s obvious, there’s no doubt of one’s own feelings.

Love is more than just a Single Word
True love is shown with actions.
It’s giving value to every single thing
even to the most insignificant things
one has to offer for a love one.

A Mother's Love

A mother's love is a heart filled with joy
just from giving her child a new toy
watching her child play
smiling at the things they say
praising the pictures they draw
and hanging them on the wall.

A mother's love to her child she will teach
with hugs when their arms to her reach
it can easily be traced
by the smiles on their face
magic in their hearts will flow
from it, mother and child will grow.

A mother's love can be shared with anger
but to patience it is no stranger
she will take it all in stride
put everything else aside
close her eyes and count to ten
for on her this glorious child does depend.

Dreaming of living
Take me to the desert dunes,
an epiphany in a journey,
the stars as my direction,
sun as my attorney

To scale the highest mountain,
a test of my endurance,
to the peaks that touch the heavens,
where return is no assurance

In the ice fields of the north,
where I can feel release,
to hike along the glaciers and think alone in peace

Through the dark depths of the jungle,
under the covering canopy,
without the drain of urban life,
where nature lets me be

To the thing we call the great unknown,
the place when I dream...
I see, and in that place where I feel most alive,
my caged soul will be free
