A murderer of 19-year-old computer science student Given Grace Cebanico, are now in jail.
The prime suspects is tricycle driver Percival de Guzman who was tagged by a witness who saw him abducting Given Grace Cebanico along Diamond Street in Umali Subdivision with another man. He was arrested by the Laguna police after the testimony of the witness.
The other suspect, Lester Ivan Lopez Rivera PSBank security guard has surrendered to authorities in Floridablanca, Pampanga, this morning (Friday).
